Astier de Villatte's Emiie Dessert Plate is elegantly reminiscent of antique painting frames with a restrained, subtly ornate angular edge. Crafted in a traditional pottery style, this plate is handmade on the Rue St. Honore in Paris from black terracotta clay with a traditional pale glaze, lending the platter its distinctive milky-white finish.

About the Designer
Founders Benoît Astier de Villatte and Ivan Pericoli have been making unique lifestyle pieces in Paris for fifteen years. Their signature ceramics, candles, and glassware are all handmade in an antique Bastille workshop that originally housed Napolean's silversmith.
