Mohawk General Store utilizes FedEx for all domestic orders. Please see the chart below for shipping options. These delivery timeframes for the mentioned methods only apply to US addresses within the contiguous 48 states.

International Shipping
To ship internationally, we partner with Global-e. Global-e is a trusted global ecommerce vendor whose solution allows Mohawk General Store to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers. Please select the drop down in the bottom left corner to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. This will change the currency on the website. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees and will be able to pay everything up front at point of purchase. *Please note that the countries that are listed are the countries that we ship to. *Dries Van Noten items are not eligible for purchase outside the United States.
Order Processing
All orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) before 3PM PST will begin processing that day and ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 3PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Order processing cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by item availability and payment verification..
Los Angeles In-Store Pick Up
We offer in-store pick up at our Los Angeles store location in Silverlake at 4011 Sunset Bvld. Please note that you must pick up your order within 5 days of order placement, as the normal return window of 5 days from receipt applies. If your order is not picked up within 5 days, we will cancel and refund the order. Our online return policy, linked here, applies to in-store pick up orders.
Los Angeles Same-Day Delivery with ShipSi
We work with ShipSi, a same-day delivery service for our LA customers. Orders placed Monday - Saturday between 9:30am - 4:30pm PST and within the eligible shipping radius offer the option to choose ShipsSi at checkout. Enter your zip code and if your exact location is eligible, the option for same-day LA delivery will appear. The delivery fee for this service will be determined based on traffic, time of day and zip code. All orders of $500 or more receive free ShipSi shipping. We expect that your order will be delivered within a 3-hour window. *PLEASE NOTE - ShipSi will be in touch regarding your order before drop off, please try and be available as close to drop off time if possible if you are not home to prevent risk of theft.

Our Online Return Policy applies to all ShipSi orders. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can submit a return request through our Returns Portal.
Shipping Restrictions
Mohawk General Store does not offer Saturday delivery. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes will ship out via USPS Priority Mail.

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, which will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
